The first 14 days are free and need no payment details. Nothing is charged automatically.

First payment: 14-day money-back

If you are not happy with Eazign, we refund the first payment of a plan in full on request, if the request reaches us within 14 days of that payment – no reason needed.

Renewals

Yearly plans: we refund renewals on request within 14 days of the renewal.

Monthly plans: renewals are not refunded pro rata. Cancel before the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Plan changes

When you move to a smaller plan, Paddle credits the unused part pro rata.

How to request a refund

Through the link in Paddle's invoice email, at paddle.net or by email to info@eazign.at with your store's address. Our reseller Paddle.com refunds the original payment method.

Statutory rights

Statutory rights remain unaffected.
