Guide: Eazign for WooCommerce

From the plugin to your first designer product in a few steps. All Eazign pages are in WordPress under WooCommerce → Eazign.

Installation and connection

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce, then install and activate the plugin "Eazign" (Plugins → Add New, search "Eazign").
  2. Open WooCommerce → Eazign → Settings and click "Connect with Eazign".
  3. Eazign creates a WooCommerce REST key that lets the service create products in your store. Nothing is sent before that.

Create a blank

  1. Under "Blanks", add a blank: name, product photo (ideally white, cut out), print areas in centimetres.
  2. Enter colours and sizes, set the price and the surcharges per printed side.
  3. Save – Eazign recolours the photo in every colour.

Create the designer product

  1. On the blank, click "Create designer product". Eazign creates a variable WooCommerce product with all colours and sizes.
  2. The product page shows the design button – in classic and block themes without further setup.

Motifs and generator

  1. Under "Motifs", upload your motifs (several at once), optionally with a category.
  2. Under "Generator", choose motifs and blanks, set the placement and click "Create". Every combination becomes a finished product with product images.
  3. For dark colours you can add a light version of each motif.

Orders and print files

  1. As soon as an order with a design is paid, Eazign creates the print files (PDF and PNG at print size).
  2. You find them in the order and under WooCommerce → Eazign → Print files.

Plan and billing

  1. "Plan & billing" shows the trial, your plan and usage.
  2. "Choose" opens the Paddle checkout. Plan changes take effect immediately and are charged pro rata.
  3. "Manage subscription" opens Paddle's customer portal: payment method, invoices, cancellation.

Disconnect

  1. Click "Disconnect" in the settings or delete the plugin. 48 hours later we delete all of the store's data at Eazign.
